SNSや流行りのものに疎く、
「○○ちゃんって話が合うから、同世代かと思う事あるわよ！」
と代表から言われている私ですが…(笑)
私が毎日欠かさずチェックしている、フォロワー数29.7万人のインスタグラマーyumekanau2さん(『20代からの自分を強くする「あかさたなはまやらわ」の法則』(三笠書房 2015年) 他)の先日の投稿がとても素晴らしかったので、読者の皆さまにシェアさせて頂きます！

Be independent, because they might be away from you if you are too dependent.
依存すると離れるから自立をしなさい

Be nice to those around you, because there are no handsome princes on white horses.
白馬の王子様はいないからそばにいる人を大切にしなさい

Do not focus on only their words, but behavior.
相手の言葉だけでなく行動を見なさい

Never stop trying even if you fail.
失敗しても良いから立ち上がりなさい

Be good at asking for help when you are in need, because no one can live all alone.
一人では生きていけないから甘え上手になりなさい

Better yourself, because like attracts like.
自分と同じ人を引き寄せるから自分を磨きなさい

Do not hesiatate to cry when you feel like crying.
泣きたいときは泣きなさい

And smile and laugh always in the end.
最後はいつも笑いなさい

If you get married, find someone who cares most about you.
もしも結婚するなら一番想ってくれる人としなさい

If you make a happy family, fill it with many thanks.
もしも家庭を築くなら「ありがとう」があふれるように

No matter what happens, never give up becoming happy.
どんなことが起きても幸せになるのを諦めないように

All tough experiences would be meaningful for someone else as well as for you
つらいことは乗り越えたとき

When you overcome them.
自分のためにも誰かのためになる

Do not care what other think,
誰かに遠慮しなくていい

just believe in yourself and step forward.
自分を信じて前に進みなさい

個人的に最も印象深いのは、Better yourself, because like attracts like.‐自分と同じ人を引き寄せるから自分を磨きなさい‐です。
自分を大切にする事が出来た時に初めて、本当に自分を愛してくれる人に出会える事を体験した私にとっては、これからもずっと覚えていたい言葉です。
